- Full payment is required before publication or commencement of the agreed advertising service.
- All advertisements are subject to review and approval by One Islam Media Network.
- OIMN reserves the right to decline advertisements that conflict with Islamic values, applicable laws, or our policies and standards.
- Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertising claims, products and services are lawful and accurately represented.
- Advertisers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, logos, videos, music, trademarks or other materials supplied to OIMN.
- Advertising bookings may be subject to availability, technical requirements and platform limitations.
- OIMN may adjust the scheduling or placement of an advertisement where reasonably necessary due to technical, editorial or operational considerations.
- OIMN does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, enquiries, sales, followers, customers or other commercial results from an advertising campaign.
- Where OIMN declines an advertisement before publication, any applicable payment may be refunded in accordance with OIMN’s refund and cancellation arrangements.
- Once an approved advertising campaign has commenced, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of OIMN based on the services already delivered.
Advertiser Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about the advertised product, service, organisation or event.
- Ensure that all advertised offers, prices, contact details and claims remain accurate during the campaign.
- Notify OIMN promptly if any important information in the advertisement changes.
- Respond to customers or members of the public who contact the advertiser as a result of the campaign.
- Ensure that the advertised products or services comply with applicable Sierra Leonean laws and relevant regulations.
Islamic Values
Advertisements must not promote products, services or messages that are contrary to Islamic values or OIMN’s standards.
Legal Compliance
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Audience Protection
OIMN may reject misleading, deceptive, harmful, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable advertisements.
